@tatitania: aku defisit kalori aja kak perhari cmn makan 1300 kcal. Olga 2x sehari 15 mnt aja. Minum air minimal 3 liter sama dietnya enjoy aja biar ga stress kak hehehe

@dianya: itu ayam suir sambal matah ala Bali kak. Ayamnya di rebus lalu di suir. Sambelnya pke bawang merah, cabe, daun limau, garam dan kaldu jamur lalu di campur2 smbil di remes2 gtu biar meresap. Enak kak walaupun cmn rebusan ayam hehhehe

@ayu: wah agak susah klo defisit kalori tp ga nimbang2 kak. Tp klo mau bisa di cari di google takaran sendoknya. Misal nasi 100gr = 5 sendok makan gtu kak
