I do 16:8+ and I love having my coffee black now! If you’re serious about this, maybe try adding a pinch of unsweetened cocoa, nutmeg or cinnamon to your coffee. I drink 2 tsp coffee per 250ml water and I sip on my lemon water in between. If you don’t like the taste of your current coffee when plain, maybe try a different brand or roast for fasting periods? Also, boiling hot water can burn coffee. And then last but definitely not least, black coffee can also work like a fat burner (especially prior to exercise) so I guess you can learn to love it if you want to 🖤 but tastes do differ x
