My son has taught me it's not what you eat but how much you eat it.
Today I had a low carb brunch from Mugg and Bean with a serious Cappuccino... and then a donut from Krispy Creme. I'm still under 1000 calories for the day. Maintained my water intake and I still have to have supper. Oh and I did a 5km walk

Very true, I'm just working with what I have, my grocery budget is R300 a week to feed a family of 3 (2 adults and my 2 year old). So I buy what I can afford and unfortunately that's mostly carbs, but I just thought to myself if I wait to be able to afford all the diet things I'm never going to lose weight so, I'm just calorie counting and fasting and so far I have to say, it's working for me.

DravenO that's a tight budget... I don't know how you do it but that's just amazing. May blessings fill your home and may all your needs be met 💖
