Great day yesterday with more more energy. Riding the bike while watching a movie with my daughter was easier than going solo and forcing myself! Yay! Today is Saturday. I am afraid of the family pressure to join in the junk food; however, my weight loss should keep me from giving in. It's usually when I am not losing that I begin giving into temptation! Gotta remember to Just Say No then walk away! Guess that would be a great time to pray and give thanks for the results and how much better I feel.
