Started diet...this time the fat-carbs protein looks much better.less fat, more protein , less carb. Problem is too little calories,maybe I can get some protein bars as snacks to fill in more calories, as 1 protein bar is 200-300 calories. Rest plenty of water and tea.And btw...1 kg lighter today.
