So I decided to start fasting to lose weight, I wanted to start with the 20:4 but after some thought and research I am going for the 18:6.
I am currently on day 2, aparently you don't need to really calorie count but old habits and all that ....
I am not weighing myself at this point but rather measuring myself. my current measurements are
Arms 40cm legs 67cm hips 116cm waist 110cm chest 116 cm
after each week I will do measurements.
