I’m not sure what entails Keto. Here’s the recipe 2tbsps honey 2 tsp baking powder 1 & 3/4 whole grain wheat flour 125ml Fat free milk 4 medium apples 125ml Margarine/olive oil (or whichever day you want to use) 60ml Chia seeds 1 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp crushed ginger Dash of salt
