Week 2 Day 1.
Well, That's the first week done and, on balance, not too bad. Hurrah! :) Aside from an excess of celebrations on my birthday, everything has gone to plan.
And on the exercise front, I feel I have turned a real corner learning to run. I am still at the walk/jog/walk stage but last night I jogged much more than I walked and felt reasonably fresh at the end of the session. I know there's a long way to go but it's great when you can feel yourself making progress.
