Yeah....I understand completely. And eating out, especially fast food, is so bad for you. But I get tired and don't want to cook at home. So I am thinking of ways that I can freeze something to be thawed out in a pinch. Something that is healthy and quick. What do you think?

Great idea soups are great for that. I love soup I just have to be careful and watch the calories.

Well you can go out and and eat and have a couple of cocktails, just not every day. If you plan for it by making good choices about food and getting in extra exercise. You can't spend the rest of your life never going out or having a couple of drinks (well you could but it wouldn't be much fun), so don't be afraid to go.

I can't have any cocktails at this time I have to get ahead of it. I will at some point just not now. I eat out, but I have coworkers that want to just eat eat eat they are not watching what they eat and don't want to eat alone I had been getting wings from Famous Daves on Wednesdays but I found out the wings are 80 calories a wing. Well no more for me.
