Trainer told me I need to give the protein something to work with. I had just been doing the drink in the morning around 6 then having a snack at 10.

My nutritionist says eat carbs b4 working out, (fuel) and protien right after workout. Not saying it's for everyone, but it works for me!

I use these shakes as coffee creamer. Caramel is my favorite.
