Day 9 with Nutrisystem. Feeling very satisfied and not hungry, good variety and able to follow with no problems. I did add a couple of grocery items which also has helped with me not feeling bored. At this point, I will continue with this diet plan.

I went from 235# to 175# in approximately 6 months.
