Ivy, Hello. What type of diet are you on? I’m 69 years old, beat Cancer, Hate my body. Started back to gym swimming, and my intentions were to do Keto, but not working well. I’m a sugar addict and I know better, but I’m a stressful eater & grab the crap that packs on the pounds. SUPPORT PLEASE!🙏
