This weekend has been tough. It’s so hot out and needless to say a few beers was where it was at and where I went over my calories. I’m trying really really hard to not consume any alcohol since for me personally it stalls my goal. But... not going to let one (or two 😬) days of not so good choices derail me. Just going to carry on and keep calm. Lol
