I was so discouraged after gaining back the .6 pound I had lost. I moped around, did not exercise for 2 days and skipped recording food 1 day. Now I've gotten myself back together and pressing forward. Recorded my food. Stayed within my calorie limits and exercised 30+ minutes (Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk). Hopefully better results when I weigh in later in the week.

You can do this....It is mind over matter. I know when I cheat with one meal I feel guilty....but I have to remember to get back on track with the next meal. Don't let the gain discourage you. Muscle weighs more then fat. So think of it as muscle gain. Continue doing what your doing....Move more if you cheat....that is the best advice I can give you. Good luck!

Thanks for the encouragement. I am back on track now. Going to my first Zumba class tonight. should be fun.
