Been 182 since the first part of October. Only dropped two pounds one week and then right back up the next. I think it is safe to say I am officially stalled out. Getting really frustrated and discouraged. I was so hoping to be down at least 5 more pounds by now. Have had referrals for two different nutritionist by my doctor for weeks now and still haven't heard anything from either one. This state is not heath friendly at all. It's no wonder people are dropping off life flies here.
