Started my walking DVD's on the week of October 25th, but noticed my hip and foot getting sore. So after 5 days of walking, I stopped because it was too painful. Was able to get into the doctor on Nov 5th and started anti-inflammatory and on Saturday Nov 6th completed a 1 mile dvd.
Started loosely following the Atkins diet this morning, and walked the kids to school (2.2 km there and back, so about 1.37 miles).
