來來又回回~但是⋯至少昨天已經可以把設為階段性測量的牛仔褲👖扣起來了,雖然肚子的肉肉還是爆發⋯⋯但之前是差了快10公分差距⋯我有進步!
今天本來想早上去跑步🏃‍♀️但沒想到6點已經大太陽⋯很熱⋯
體脂:30.5%😱😱😱
