Finally doing great and feeling great! I make sure to eat something healthy for breakfast, even though I am not hungry - usually a Peanut/Pretzel Luna Bar (delicious), and then whatever I want for lunch (within reason). This is perfect for me. I don't eat anything else the rest of the day. This gives me all day and evening to burn off all of those calories. This may not work for everyone, but is perfect for me!
