Sometimes, it takes a minute or two to get adjusted to a new weight range, such as coming from the 180's into the 170's. Don't sabotage yourself with negative thinking. Try to think positively, and you'll be setting yourself up for success.

I know how you feel -- like you're not in the"safe zone" yet. I never feel like I'm in the clear until I've dropped to 1x8.00 (in your case, this would be 178.00). Advice: don't weigh yourself anymore today, and don't weigh yourself tomorrow, either. Just focus on water-based foods like watermelon and salads and celery, and just drink lots of water & tea today and tomorrow. I promise the scale will snug you right into the 170's on Wednesday.

Hi Tosh I wish you lots of success. You are a very beautiful young lady! What kind of eating plan do you try to stick to? Do you have macros or do you follow low carb, etc? Of course, you don't have to answer I know that's a personal question and everyone is different! Take care!

Just banans Yay I that's for the advise yes I dont feel secure. exactly. I bet u are right I'm so hardly eating and hardly drinking rn. I doubt I will be able to go w/o weighing in at least for myself but Wed ooh I better be in the 170 still I will be you know cause its go time I'm sick of gaining a losing the same 3lbs
