Guess it is my age (62), but I'm really having a hard time losing. I'm not gaining, but it baffles me because for weeks, I have taken in less calories daily than I expend in exercise. Maybe it's only 300-500 calories a day less, but one would think that I would have lost at least a pound. I'm being honest, too, about what I eat and how much I'm walking (2.7 miles 5-6 times weekly) and doing around the house. Don't want to give up, and I will keep up my walk regardless, but it sure is discouraging.
