I’m day 3 and on calorie target (1800 cals) ....need to stop obsessing over how much weight i will lose this first week.... making myself worry i will barely see any weight loss.....

You gotta think long term, if you focus on the first week and u see no change u might give up. But imagine yourself six months from now and if u kept it up.. imagine how you will feel then compared to day3? I been doing this a month now, but I haven’t let myself even buy a set of scales. I don’t want just a number to go down, i want to feel better in myself. I have to start with that first.
