Oh dear... On the Diet Doctor's 2 week keto challenge and I blew my carb budget by 10g...did 30g, instead of 20g. C'est LA vie. Note to self: when the plan says half a tomato, stick to instruction. A whole tomato equals 12g carbs! But it was yummy😊

😄 how big was your tomato? A medium tomato has a little over 4 carbs and that’s without subtracting the fiber. And just checked now, a large tomato has 7g carbs. 5 if you subtract the fiber.

Oh good! It was a medium tommie...but all is good. I am not getting my panties in a twist about it. I followed my pln 100% since Monday and am feeling very good. Even my rheumatic joints are easing...so those who have arthritis, this may be a good plan for you.
