Woke at 233.8, up 3.4 after a big steak dinner and a few walnuts for a snack later. Started with weights and iced black coffee with cream. Onward... UPDATE: Good water movement today (there had to be). Got to 232.5 before dinner. Had an online happy hour and ate some grilled pork chops.
