Last night I joined a couple challenges. One doesn't begin till Monday; it's to get below 200 and stay there. Definitely one of my goals!

The other is to "drink half your weight in water," whatever you weigh in pounds, drink half that many ounces per day. So last night I put seven bottles of water in the fridge door; when they're gone I know I'm done for the day. An hour of today is left, and so is one bottle. I'll make it!

IThe water challenge also has a mini-challenge, to record everything you eat. Though I haven't transferred it here to my diet calendar yet, it's written down and saved, as is my exercise.

I feel good today - went to visit a friend and walked 4 miles with her. We plan to make this a habit of at least once a week.

Hi! Congrats on thinking ahead on the Better Body Challenge! That's awesome!! (I'm the admin. for that challenge). I hope you enjoy. Did you see that I posted questions to answer? Hi, I'm not sure what you're talking about! I'm in two challenges, "wanting to get into One-derland and stay," and "water consumed." I haven't found questions to answer in either one. Help?
