Day 1 has gone really well...
BREAKFAST weetabix and semi skimmed milk
LUNCH John West tuna light lunch, low fat yoghurt and fruit
TEA jacket potato & fat free cottage cheese

Tomorrow....breakfast will be poached egg on toast.... lunch will be salad consisting of spinach/lettuce, prawns, black olives, tomatoes, low fat feta and orange bell pepper....tea will be salmon fillets and salad 👍🏻💪🏻👍🏻
