Woke at 230.4, down 3.0 from yesterday. Gained a little back after my huge steak meal and some red wine last night. Going to fast until dinner and then eat about 1000 calories (since I ate and drank 1500 yesterday). UPDATE: Weighed in at 230.9 before dinner, which was the other half of yesterday's ribeye steak and a large Greek salad.
