When i started this journey in 2013 i was only 96 kg and it felt like a huge mountain. 7 years later it just escalated to 111kg. So on the 22nd of June I took my life back and started once more. Hopefully to make a permanent change.i want to keep being positive... small steps.. day by day. I need to keep reminding myself that this is not a race but a journey
