Day 1 of junk-free What is your current weight and what would you like it to be?
I weighed myself today. Holy Mama! I went from 55.2kg to 56.1kg in a blink of an eye.
Sadly, I'm 56.1kg now.
I consider myself short, so I would like myself to be 50kg. I'm happy even if my weight ranges between 50kg and 53kg. This is because my body feels good at this range.
Today, I did not touch sweets! Yay!
