😀 It was an easy meal. The spring rolls are from Costco....pop in the oven 20 minutes. The soup was also Costco....I had roasted the corn in the silk in the oven already & the sausage was leftover as well. Sautéed the peppers in a tsp. of olive oil, added corn, shrimp, then each ingredient (I removed the shrimp after it was cooked til everything else was heated) & cooked til hot.
