First go at Cauliflower rice, a bit scared but it was lush! But then again so was the hot hot chilli, guac and naughty chips. Winning!

Not so sure about the cauliflower rice, the rest looks yum. 🤤

The cauli rice was lovely! Jem cooked it with some spring onions and a little olive oil, it did not taste at all of Cauliflower and had really good texture. I was pleasantly surprised!
