Started today to try and change the way I eat I have about 45 pounds to lose I have always exercised ,ate well etc.. I did one stupid thing and smoked For a good part of my life which almost cost me my life about two years ago I had a massive heart attack I was in a coma had open heart surgery one stent put in and last year I had a pacemaker defibrillator put in because my heart has a lot of scar tissue and it’s not working properly💔. I really need to get a handle on losing weight exercising again and feeling better about myself I need to be here for my family. So let the journey begin!!
