허거걱~~~역쉬나 맥주는 무게증량이최고ㅠㅠ
아침공복운동했음에도 돌아오지않는다...
몸과마음에 달콤함을주었으니 감수해야지...

오전공복운동후 프로틴에mct오일넣고
검은콩쉐이크드링킹으로마무리.
대자연도물러가고 남은한달 다시금 쪼여보자!!
