aku malah setiap hari pasti ngemil. karena kalau nggak ngemil target kalori nggak nyampe kalau cuma makan biasa. jadi kudu ditambahin ngemil biar kalorinya nggak rendah banget. karena kalau rendah pasti bakal rusakkin organ tubuh
