gobyos. hiit cardio 45 menit, semangat 15 menit lg. aku olahraga 1 jam btw. makan sesuai bmr skrng, kapok bb stuck. aku mengisi waktu kegabutan juga. Doain ya Pas wisuda online sept aku kurus dan doain minggu depan aku sidang skripsi.Aamiin
