July 13, 2020 Monday weight this morning 167.4, actually down 4/10 of a lb, blood sugar 120, no glypizide. I had a yoghurt and fruit supper last night. Eating much late at night doesn't pay off. Not very hungry but sticking to protein. It makes a difference.
