Never thought I’d say this, but I’m happy with this gain. I think I needed it to show me you can’t gain so much actual fat in one night no matter how much you eat. It’s also given me motivation to work even harder next week to lose my gain and more, closer to my goal! 🤗Hope everyone has a great Sunday❤️
