Resep
6 sendok oatmeal biru di blender
1 pisang ambon lumatkan
Kocok 1 butir telur aduk dgn gula stevia/tropicana 1 sachet,
1/2 sendok teh soda kue dan setengah sendok teh vanilla
Campur jadi satu masukan minyak sayur 2 sendok aduk sampai rata
Kukus selama 25 menit
