Thank you so much for your comments. Actually I didn't know that all my entries are being showed... 😂 I am routinely very active, and I eat without any fear. But lockdown ruined me and my routine. Though I continued to walk and workout at home now n then.. but it wasn't enough. So I gained weight

I am trying to adjust myself according to my regular food. My calories intake is 1600 calories and thank God I have finally joined the gym again. I am trying to stay focused and positive. My strength is coming back am having fun at gym
