July 9, 2020 still 167 lbs, blood sugar 126. Size 12 petite short trousers fit better than they did last week. I have tried to stay on task, eating very little fruit or extra carbs any kind and aiming at 850 to 900 calories. It's tough when your body wants to stay at a certain weight and when the job requires being stationary for several hours but it's going to work. I will keep refining and putting in more exercise, etc until it does. BMI 29. It was a lot higher earlier ! 57th percentile for my age group and gender, but still overweight if not obese.
