So when I first started my journey I'd eat around 800 calories or at my lowest 600 calories and this would result in a subsequent high carb week coz I started feeling dizzy during workouts so I decided to switch things up and went to about 1100 to 1200 calories a day and high calorie days would be like 1500 max ...So I didn't know previously that you burn so many calories when you sleep combined with exercise so you'd find an instance where I'd now feel fatigued and super hungry coz my body was using up all I ate and then the whole feasting (gonna find a better term😂) on my muscles ...Like it's just insane to me how much I didn't know before 🙆
