@steppingeveryday. I lost 135 pounds.
It takes extreme discipline. Can be very mentally draining.
Fruits, veggies and chicken. Limited to 1000 calories a day and 18 hours fasting.
Up at 5 am
45 min on the elliptical
5 Km walk
5 km run
20 km bike ride
0 takeout.
0 cheat days
7 days a week
No excuses.
