Morning: GEeZ I feel so blOAted today :-( Wonder if it was the fish? I had some bad IBS afterwards. It also got "stuck" on my lap band. I hate that thing. Wish I had NEVER gotten it! Well, lots of water today to see if I can drain off :-\

Very interesting would never have thought that. Guess lucky for me I cant handle them. Agree with the sweet statement. Sweeteners have always been too sweet for me. Thanks for sharing.
