A friend of ours helped install our dishwasher so we gave him a dozen eggs from our hens. He says the blue ones taste the best. We've never noticed a differnce. Anyone else experienced this?

There is no difference! My daughter gives me white, brown, blue and green. The taste depends on what the bird was eating!

My hens lay light brown to very light almost white. They're small but delicious. Very orangey yolks. Bantam and Silkie mix. Cute little boogers and so funny to watch. I've got some babies right now and they're SO cute walking around the yard with their proud mamma. We have a flock of 20. Yard chickens in the country is pure Heaven for this girl that grew up in the city. Life is good.
