I was so lazy this weekend. Well, shoot! Saturday and Sunday both days 106 degrees and it's like going into a hot oven in the yard. But Sunday night the blessed rains came and yesterday was gorgeous! Got out and pulled weeds from my flower beds. Played with my Corgi, Bo. Drank about 2 gallon's of water so I didn't stray too far from the toidy, LOL!
I didn't log in anywhere so I didn't record what I ate and now I am not worried about it. It's past, I'm here today and on track. Woo hoo!
