it's so hard to get it moving, I'm doing 120 crunches every day, & also pushups, sometime i do 50 & other days i do 75 push ups but it just keeps hanging around. Oh well I guess as long as it doesn't go up that all helps.
82.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm with you, I have been stuck in the 250's for over half a year now. I just hate that they are getting all my money and I have nothing to show for it.........

I've heard that all cruches do is make it easier for you to do more crunches. Apparently you need to do core strengthening exercises like planks and "superman", try googling core strength exercises and see what you can find.

Thanks littlangel, I will google the info. Sorry it took so long to reply, I haven't had a chance to get on the site for a while. I hope everyone is feeling good & hanging in there. We can all do it if we support each other.
