It's been forever since I have been on here! The kiddies are now 8 and 10 and I have gone back to work. In the past year or so, I have taken the focus off myself and the weight has creeped back up. Looking back at my weight on this site totally motivates me to get back at it. I am starting Ian Smiths new program shred and doing the new Shaun T T25 system. I have all the tools I need to be successful. Wish me luck!
