I am 3 kg’s from my goal weight of 65kg. I have realized that my mind is playing games with me... fooling me to believe “you are almost there... a piece of cake or two won’t hurt”... so my nutrition is dismal and I fear going back up towards 70kg again. I have decided to plan my meals in advance here on the app every night for the next day based on what’s avail in the fridge. I have realized that “winging” the menu as you go is a recipe for disaster....

We have a similar start, current, and end weight :P I feel the same way hahaha it feels like you have to put 300% effort in for the same results you've been getting xD we can do it!!!!
