My balanced diet is a bit high on the fat side. I do love butter! And the dark chocolate and "health bars". Good to be aware of where some issues may lie.

fat isn't always bad. depends on the types of fat you eat. why don't you switch to a keto diet if your fat intake is high?

I also tend to go higher on the fats as I eat avo every single day xD... I don't think it's something to worry about too much. The one thing to keep in mind is to hit your minimum protein as you could lose muscle instead of fat if your protein is too low. Other than that, I doubt that fats and carbs matter a lot. Fats do contain more calories, but it also fills you up more whereas people avoid carbs just because it holds back water weight and it doesn't make the number on the scale look as pleasant... but carbs/fat doesn't make you fat as long as you stay within your calorie limit
