The difference of 5kilos and some muscle growth over the last 2months. I couldn’t be happier, all down to tracking my macros and working out.

Hi Emma, can I ask, please, what types of foods you avoid for macros and what kind of exercise you’ve been doing? I’m looking to slim down and get toned but so far my exercise hasn’t yielded any toning results. 😓

Hi Lizzy! I try and eat relatively clean and ensure I’m getting enough protein ( at the very least 1g for every 1kilo I weigh). I have a cheat meal 1-2 times a week where i eat whatever I want. I’m currently not doing any cardio and I’m weight lifting for 40mins 5 times a week. When working out I make sure I’m really connecting mind to muscle and taking it slow with my reps. Also for my warm up I make sure I’m doing muscle activation exercises. I hope this helps you a bit! Also my body type is mesomorph so I build muscle easily and I do have great muscle memory as I’ve been bodybuilding on and off for ten years, so don’t be discouraged if your transformation is slower than mine , consistency is key xxx
