july 3,2020 Didn't do blood sugar this morning but weight is 168.8. It's been a struggle dropping weight gained when I pigged out on fruit, ate too much salt, and two slices of diet bread. Losing weight can be harder in the 7th month of a determined diet, but it will happen. Hoping to be 165 before August. That's how slow I have been losing lately although I am staying at 1000 or below daily.
